The court fully believes it was in Mr. Bryant's full will within a completely functioning mental capacity to murder the Sun's franchise tonight. We move for a sentence of murder in the first degree.
Prosecutor - Was this not the dagger you used to plunge into multiple victims on the fateful day Mr. Bryant? *Points to a basketball*. Game 6 of the Western Conference Finals? In malicious frame of mind, without remorse? Are you a basketball sociopath Mr. Bryant? You show no sign of emotion now or upon being caught on national T.V.!
Defense - Objection!
Court Psychiatrist - In my opinion, after hours speaking with Mr. Bryant, I am convinced if he is let out into society he will kill other franchises. He has openly stated his intent to me.
Defense- No further questions. Let the record show Mr. Bryant filly intends to kill other franchises upon acquittal.
Prosecution calls witness, Alvin Gentry.
P - What did you witness Mr. Gentry?
G - He just kept stabbing and hitting. Fadeaways ... up and unders, he even laughed and tapped me on the ***.
P - Could you point him out to the court please?
G - *Face shutters, turns eyes away and points blindly at Kobe*
Let the record show Mr. Gentry has pointed our MR. BRYANT as his teams assailant!
