The Lakers incidentally never did introduce themselves defensively to Brook as Clemons suggested either... |
That wasn't happening tonight.
Hopefully jd2k or Chak will upload the last foul on Andrew but it was how they were going to do it all night. |

No kidding...phantom fouls on him all game long. Meanwhile Lopez gets to use his offhand to hold off every defender near him while he shoots and moves in slow motion without ever being whistled for it.
Ive never liked this guy or his brother one bit. They are just BIG rough players that are allowed to get away with murder. How are you going to defend a guy when hes allowed to hold his defenders down with his left hand while shooting with his right all game long?
Kept the game competitive not having a big body out there to defend Lopez....aka Mission Accomplished Stern. Otherwise its Cleveland 2.0. How many Cavs fans tuned out once they were down 25+ to the defending champs? Cant be having games like that....the networks wont make ad money. Stern wants everyone happy. Lakers win, Nets and their fans walk away with a moral victory ("We almost had em!"), and the networks and their advertisers make lots of money.
For the dude arguing about asterisks and being a general knucklehead, the outcome of the game is the same. The team that should have won did, so it isnt rigged. But it WAS manipulated to make $$$. Wake up folks...its a business.
Everyone wins!!! |

Drew is just not in the same league as the top Centers. Drew is "a Center" and we need one....
We need to stop "baby-ing" Drew... he is what he is and we someone like him to fill a hole, that's it... |

The mysterious disappearance of this topic is proof the nba is corrupt.
forums.lakersground.net/viewtopic.php?p=3622913.
The refs called bogus fouls on Drew all night long, and pretty much made Lopez look better than he is. Part of their typical star creation programs.
And they did it while being filmed watching Kobe get molested on his way to the hoop, and not calling it. Go check the video replays posted on this board for proof. |
