You tell me.
Usually someone sparks up a comment (either praising or criticism) on Kobe.
Eventually you get a post like this (right above):

Suck it again Kobe Haters. Must hurt. you know who you are"
or like this:
"Will you Kobe jockers get your mouth off alreaady?"
So so tired of seeing this. This is literally why I stopped caring about REALGM yet it's coming back. Ugg. |

I would love to have another player besides Kobe who can break down defenses off the dribble. Would be good for both our shooters and bigs. _________________ God is a Lakers fan........usually. |

How about stupid and continuous rattling on Kobe's shots?
As far as I am concerned Kobe missed good short range jumpers in the fourth quarter. Some of the shots were clock shots needed to take. If those shots had fallen down, you all would have shut up. _________________ Kobe's Top 5 Dunks, 81 points, MJ last gm @Staples |

See look at that. You're literally trying to involve me into this. Lol no thanks. I'm not part of this at all (just an observer of all the post you and everyone else fighting), I'm just posting with the community on the game. |

My advice though: do what Kobe did with Raja. Ignore it. |

I think when MB placed the rooks and Ebanks in the early 4th, that was a risky move, cause Cleveland was in the middle of a run, but it was enough time to spell Kobe. |

wait, so that's what kobe was trying to do tonight? break down the defense to setup the bigs? (we don't have any shooters) then he's awesome.

^ Kobe does not want to dribble the ball and penetrate right now with his wrist being the way it is (see postgame quotes). The offense will look messed up for the bigs.. now you realize that no matter how "big" the bigs are, guards are very important in breaking the defense for them...it's not going to be pound the ball into the post type offense, not with Bynum (who cannot handle additional attention yet) and Pau (not a typical back to the basket post-up player) and not with zone defense available.
What's always been the issue is Kobe is having to be the sole true playmaker on the team and when he is not doing it off the dribble, there is limited playmaking elsewhere. Kobe's wrist has to get better and lakers need a traditional PG. |

Well last night they were up by 19 and had the opportunity to rest Kobe in the 4th, but of course the lead was cut down to 2 or 3 points I think and they had to put Kobe back in.
5th straight win for LA & 3rd straight 40 point game for Kobe, he looks phenomenal. He looks like #8 and not #24.
Drew was 7-9 with 15 PTS, 11 REB, 3 BLK, & 3 AST. If Kobe didn't take 30+ shots a game than Drew would be putting way better numbers than he is.
Steve Blake is going to miss 3-4 weeks, I thought in the pre-game show Norm said he would be day-to-day. That's a shame though, he was playing great and he was the best player coming off the bench. Without Blake the bench is going to be even worse than it already is, last night they were 1-8 with 4 points. You got to have more than 4 points from the bench.
Bring on the Clips, I cannot wait for tonight's game.
Go Lakers |
