Great win. Very emotional tonight. We need to carry this kind of intensity for the rest of the season! _________________ I'm like a Hadouken, down-right Fierce! |

Have to keep it up. 2 out of 3 won't do it. We need at least 3 of 4 or even 4 of 5 to make the playoffs. |

Good night folks.
RIP Dr. Buss |
How can you not do a QFTOS for a Boston game? |
I'm not shaving until the Lakers reach .500. |

Lol. Well, tonight is a special night. A tribute night for Dr. Buss. I don't want to come across any post from them that says something disrespectful about Dr. Buss...
Because I'd be very piss off if i see something like that you know..so i don't want to ruin my night. _________________ You miss 100 percent of the shots you never take. |

Ive been down on Dwight lately but tonight he played great. Great effort on both sides of the court and made an impact. Please keep this up Dwight!
Also, during the Dr Buss tribute before the game when the broke the moment of silence with Dr Buss' voice talking about how he wanted Los Angeles to be known as the Lakers home...that was awesome and gave me chills! |

Wow, great win! Good bench minutes, and though not always perfect, the offense looked smooth for some stretches. I like to see Nash shoot, Kobe play balanced / efficient, and Metta only play defense and set screens. Impressed with Dwight this evening. Hope they keep the intensity up. If Earl Clark continues to improve, and our team defense comes together, a BIG line-up of Nash, Kobe, Clark, Dwight, and Pau could be an absolute wrecking ball in the playoffs.
Much appreciation to Dr. Buss. You got to do what very few do, got out as the best at what you do. Best owner in all of sports, ever ... in life, and for eternity!
Thoughts of strength and sympathy to the entire Buss family.
Hope it becomes a season of destiny! Go Lakers! |

I'm shocked I haven't seen a thread concerning Kobe's 1 for 35 shooting from 3 pt line, if this was Metta there would be a exile petition for him on here!!!
Kobe gets a pass, I guess? _________________ My Laker squad.

He has an injured elbow, though you could make the case for Metta that he has an injured brain. _________________

I now have a new referee Laker hater = Scott Foster, he was horrible & just looking for trouble with us tonight. Joey Crawford is now second... _________________ My Laker squad.

He was linked to Tim donaghy and there have been a lot of funny betting trends with his games that have led to speculation about him having gambling ties. I can think of a bunch of times he has given Kobe a technical including tonight but the Lakers have almost always won when he was out there. He was there for game 7 against Boston, he was the one that called the controversial 5 second call on Toronto last year. |

Thanx for the info, in that case I guess he okay, but a real stone face.
Since you brought that 5 second count up, whattttttttttt's up with that???
Were talking pro basketball, closely guarded I called in high school & college.
When did they start this rule, it's arguably the stupidest rule in the game along with a couple others I don't wanna get into. This is the first year I noticed a ref waving his hand & I said what the heck??? _________________ My Laker squad.

It was a 5 second inbounds call. They actually timed it and determined that the guy did take longer than 5 seconds but it was controversial because it essentially ended the game and there was miscommunication about how Foster was counting and they signaled for the timeout before Foster blew the whistle. If foster wanted to screw the lakers over, he could have granted the timeout. |
