I'm confused (which is why I never do this stuff).
I'm saying under 39 games. (I thought original line was 32?) _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

He's saying that you already stated under in the early parts of this thread. |

Ah. Ok. I was confused b/c the line was at 32 at the beginning, which I voted over. Then the line changed to 39, which I am under.

i read the OP and it said the bets are closed on opening day. however, i still want to bet the over. if i win, i pay nothing and maybe this team will somehow be sniffing a playoff spot. if i lose, you get another sucke...i mean donation for the site.
thanks! _________________ 'How many kids can say growing up that they'll turn pro and play for their favorite team in the world and spend your entire career there? IT'S BEEN A DREAM!'-Kobe Bryant 11.29.15 |

Put me down for UNDER.
I'll be happy to pay if I'm wrong and this team pleasantly surprises me. Heck, I had to pay up last year betting over so I'd much rather pay for us winning than losing! |

Same as last year. Some people never learn.
I'm not betting, but I'd take the Way Under. |
It is true that fans are homers and tend to bet their hearts. It is also true that naysayers are seldom brave enough to bet their superior knowledge and surety. |
Or they don't like to bet against their heart. If I hated the Lakers, I'd bet on this. You can still pat yourself on the back for "bravery", though. I don't mind. |

Question for the mods: with 1 big player down and probably more players to go down.... what happens to this thread? |

I have said this before...this team is worse than last year. Julius Randle will not be better than Boozer/Ed Davis in year 1...so his injury will not have any impact on the season standings. |

If it's anything like last year's thread, it will probably be around until season's end despite all of the injuries. |

Cool. Talking the team down isn't going against your heart, but being willing to put some skin in on it is. OK. _________________ “We must always take sides. Neutrality helps the oppressor, never the victim. Silence encourages the tormentor, never the tormented.” ― Elie Wiesel |

The betting ended before the season opener, so no new bets either way. _________________ “We must always take sides. Neutrality helps the oppressor, never the victim. Silence encourages the tormentor, never the tormented.” ― Elie Wiesel |

Just sent in my early payment to LG, it'll cover even if the season win total ends up near BScott's first season records w/ NO and CLE.
While the Lakers could still mount a miraculous second half run, I would've sent it in even if they hit the Over. Appreciate all of the work done on the site by DB and the great LG staff, looking forward to the server's debut at the new location. |

Sorry guys. No bets once the season started. I might be able to get the other bettors to allow you to bet the over though... _________________ “We must always take sides. Neutrality helps the oppressor, never the victim. Silence encourages the tormentor, never the tormented.” ― Elie Wiesel |

Thanks for the generosity k2. I intend to pay with the losers no matter which way it goes. _________________ “We must always take sides. Neutrality helps the oppressor, never the victim. Silence encourages the tormentor, never the tormented.” ― Elie Wiesel |
