Respected West Coast music producer and StreetHopper, Assassin, is ready to release his latest musical offering Fillmoe 2 SanJo Part 2.

Assassin first cut his teeth producing records for the legendary rapper Tupac Shakur. He produced several of Tupac’s early works, some of which remain unreleased. He was also the first West Coast producer signed to the East Coast powerhouse label Def Jam. During his time with Def Jam he worked with greats such as Slick Rick and the first female gangsta rapper, The BO$$.

Not only has Assassin established himself as one of the biggest producers from the West, but he has also been incredibly successful behind the microphone. Lending his vocals on tracks with such acts as South Central Cartel, Digital Underground, San Quinn, C-BO, Thug Life, The Outlawz and many, many more.

San Quinn began in the early '90s alongside J.T. the Bigga Figga and recorded for J.T.'s Get Low label for several years before breaking away at the end of the decade. In 1998 San Quinn started Done Deal Entertainment with Charles Kelley. In 2001 Quinn put out The Mighty Quinn under Champeli Entertainment. The album featured the song "Give It Up" which brought back the resurgence of radio play in the bay area. In 2004, Done Deal collaborated with NBA superstar and longtime friend J.R. Rider to release I Give U My Word. It sold over 13,000 copies to date, which was very impressive because they had no distribution for the album. Quinn's success has translated not only into record sales, but record breaking, as well - Quinn is actually featured in the Guinness Book of World Records for appearing on the most albums of any rap artist.

Fillmoe 2 SanJo Part 2 can only be described as boasting that essential West Coast sound. With classic Assassin production and hard hitting descriptive lyrics it takes you back to the time that California was running the rap game. With that distinctive Californian party sound, and classic horns this is a West Coast classic in the making. Featuring guest vocals from Shock G, Too $hort, Spice 1 and The Game; and guest production from J.T the Bigga Figga, Shock G and Raphael Saadiq this is one album you don’t want to miss out on.
