Anyone watching the redone TOS?

Looks really good.

Mike Okuda remastered the originals with digital effects. The goal was to do what they thought Roddenberry would have done had he had the technology.

Exterior space shots look like they were just done today, not 40 years ago. No jerky models and planets have been cleaned up too.

Watch for the little things. Last week was an episode with Mudd and his band of robots. When the head robot lifted up his shirt it was all digital. Originally I think it looked like a tape recorder.

Last night was the Gorn episode. Same Gorn but one little change, his eyes blink like a lizard. Subtle but affective.

It's on here on channel 4 every Sunday night / Monday morning at 12:05 am, right after the Sports Machine.
