A top 5 SG of all time? Yes please! |
I meant more of his role next to Lebron. He doesn't drive as relentlessly as Wade obviously. |

Between Zo/Rondo, KCP, Ingram, and McGee I feel like Ingram has to get the bulk of those shots after LeBron. _________________ It was reminiscent of one of those Most Interesting Man in the World advertisements: "I don't always shoot 6-for-28 from the field, but when I do, I become the youngest player in league history to score 28,000 career points." |

He will when the starting unit is out there, no doubt, it's just a matter of how he gets them. Kuzma will split those attemps with BI when he's in. |

From my man @reed_nba
Quote: | Thinking about Ingram and efficiency... 15 perimeter players avg’d 20+ pts/g with 57+ TS% last year.
*Only 2 avg’d <4.8 3PA per36 (Giannis & Butler); Ingram avg’d 1.9
*Both Giannis & Butler avg’d >7 FTAs per36; Ingram avg’d 5.1
Need to see material shot distribution changes...
|
This is what I’ve been saying all along. But it’s do able. He shot 39% from 3 on 1.9 attempts. I don’t expect that high of a percentage but being a colorabls 3 point threat will open up so many things on the floor for him to be a 20ppg scorer this year. _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

Yep, that was a Bron name for him. I will remove it from the title since it confuses anyone that didn't read the quote. |

Gotta be becuase of that loud black/gold tracksuit he wore with the Rick James hair when he met Bron at Summer League. Forgot the brand. Bron looked him up and down and said “You are absolutely dripendous right now” |

drip is basically a synonym for "swag" or "style" which is apparently a big deal amongst our young core
and "young king" is an often used term by youngsters, and in hip hop
and Lebron is in that dad joke phase of his life, hence the nickname lol _________________ “Life is too short. You have to keep it moving.” - Kobe |

Good stuff from Reed. I expect those FTAs to go up for BI, too, but making an additional 3 per game would help get him to that 20 ppg threshold. _________________ Under New Management |

Yup.
I expect his made FTs to go up this year, but it would help him even more if his made 3s go up too. _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

I got jabbed at for this, but Darius on the latest LFR podcast had the same take so now I'm proud of myself. I'm not gonna let myself get bullied |

In the past he clearly passed up open looks from the 3.. I'm pretty sure he hasn't passed up a bunch of open looks this preseason, and he's actually taken a few that he should have passed on. I think we're projecting a bit.
Maybe we should wait until the season starts to say he's actually passing on open looks. I haven't seen it. |

7. I think he’s taken a few bad ones too but he’s passed up more good ones. |
