"Luke Walton won't reveal if he has decided who will start in the backcourt for the season opener. But he said Rajon Rondo and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope was the starting backcourt in practice today" |

Note to Luke: play your five best players together as often as possible. _________________ Under New Management |

ESPN Staff Writer
Luke Walton did not discount LeBron James playing in all 82 games this season but the Lakers coach also said James' playing time will factor in the franchise's long-term goals -- not just this season's aspirations. "We've got four years, we want to make sure we're not only playing at our best come the end of the season but that he's fresh," Walton said. "And that's a goal for us. And it's a goal that we're on a journey and it's not a one-year journey."

I thought Puke Walton said we practiced defense during training camp...I hope he knows he has about 10 games before Magic will let him go.. |

He's been awful tonight but no coach can win when guys can't make wide open 3s. |

He definitely won’t make it to February....Magic is going to pull the plug and send Luke back to coaching G-League |

Fire him. The fact he even thought running like this and not emphasizing shooting was a smart tactic is ridiculous. His rotations are still horrible. I don’t wanna sit thru another 35 games of Luke experimenting |

Terrible coaching. Awful. Its like he’s new to this.
Who would be some replacements you guys would consider? |

Freaking moron. |
I think he will take your advice, Rich Paul made us give 12mm to KCP.. that should’ve gone to Randle |

Can’t wait until he’s fired. Good riddance. Anybody could coach the warriors.

I mean KCP was the highest +/- at +8 on the team.
Imagine if Hart started and KCP played with the second unit tonight. We would have gotten blown out haha.
The reason for our loss:
All our forwards sucked from 3 tonight. |

Was really frustrating seeing LeBron out there during garbage time. We weren’t winning that game. Hopefullly that doesn’t happen again. |

His rotations are laughable. No sense to them. |

If he keeps insisting on using Kuz at center like Nance over JR. I hope he's fired quick. I'm done with stupid stubborn ass coaches. They need to find a basketball version of McVay |

I said this last year and it seems like its happening again. Sometimes I think he spaces out and forgets the situation.
He’s leave hot shooters on the bench, etc. |

If he simply didn’t play Stephenson tonight we likely win this game. |

This team was built to score in the paint and play defense. They don't play any defense. |

Start Hart or Kuz. Feature BI when Bron is on bench. Rotate mins so there's enough Rondo out there with 2nd unit. We'll be good to go. |

He played 16.
The other option was either play BI more who was hot and cold or try Svi? |
