Sorry guys. It’s a DIY night for the recap.
Lakers need to get well and I do, too. I pushed through last night’s game but knew tonight’s wouldn’t be worth it.

Thanks DB. I took a break for this one because I didn’t want the 3 hour torture knowing the long shot tonight.
Sunday is a must win or Luke is in serious trouble. It also will not stop with him if the losing continues...Magic is not interested in being Cavs 2.0 |

If Kuz shoots 3/7 from 3 and BI goes 10/12 from line, we win!
Agony.
Clippers shot 32/34 from the line, we shot 24/35. |

I will take a stab at the positives. This team knows its good and realizes they should have won the last 2 games despite all the guys sitting out. I am sure they are all talking about how they beat themselves and will fix this next game.
GET WELL DB! |

I'm getting sick of their FT shooting, Ingram especially. He should be ashamed of himself. Zubac also came down to earth tonight against a decent-sized center.
That stretch when they went scoreless for almost 8 minutes was absolutely brutal. How do you go from 80-73 to 80-95 at home? A total blackout for all the players. |

I only saw the highlights - but it didn't look like they were completely lost. It felt like Luke actually managed to teach them something. I also agree they just learned some lessons in those games. |

Zubac was not agressive. Did not try to dunk much, lots of flip shots / floaters when he should have been powering his way to the basket.
Kuzma was trying to do too much. Tried to be Lebron rather than Kuzma. Did not let the offense come to him.
Ball was agressive but sloppy. Ingram was agressive but sloppy AND inefficient. 5 for 12 from the field along with 6 of 12 from the free throw line along with zero assists was totally unacceptable. IMO Luke would have pulled him if he had someone else to throw in the game.
Only two fast break points in the first quarter will not get it done. _________________ Darvin Ham is an idiot! |

I liked what I’ve been seeing from Ball lately. The offense should definitely go through him more often. Even though he’s been sloppy at times, he’s at least trying to play a team game, which some of the others seem to be struggling with the past couple games. |

...and this.
Luke deserves a negative mention somewhere because he didn't intervene when the team stopped playing team ball in the 3rd and 4th... as well as for not utilizing Wagner and Svi at all despite him knowing that "this team is built on depth and energy"... quoting LBJ there.

This may have been the case for the 1st and 2nd quarters... but the 3rd and 4th quarters were just turrible. |
