Mudiay was just effectively released by the dang Knicks. D'Angelo Russell is a damn All-Star after leading his team to the playoffs.
Some folks should marinate on that ish.
Some are too busy believing Scott’s and Magic’s lies.
I still remember the Kevin Ding hit piece against Jim and Mitch timed for whenever Porzingis had a good game against the Lakers effectively throwing Russell under the bus. So I think Jeanie may not have liked DLo either or at least saw him as a key sign of her brother's failures.
Of course drafting Russell ended up being one of his finest moves. _________________ Under New Management

In some alternate reality the Lakers drafted Okafor and Vonleh instead of Russell and Randle, whom both just got max's.

They drafted correctly, some people just want to hold their hate.
But in the end, it didn’t matter anyway since Randle walked and Russell was traded for a late first round... _________________ Damian Lillard shatters Dwight Coward's championship dreams:

I was a fan of DLo early on, started to disappoint me, and has now won me back. But I still would have rather taken Porzingis.

They got Johnson'd
We're fortunate that neither of them were still around to be maxed out. Not worth it. We could use Russell's playmaking, but his shooting is still of last year's Lakers vintage. Might wanna set our sights higher with a max contract. _________________ GOAT MAGIC REEL SEDALE TRIBUTE EDDIE DONX!

Right, we’re much better off with Rondo and Dudley. But they’re cheap!! The Lakers used to be the Rolls Royce of the league, now we’re the Target blue light special. _________________ RIP mom. 11-21-1933 to 6-14-2023.

Don’t worry we will be right back up there. As long as lakers hold it down in the win column

Hopefully they do step it up in the win column but they will still be cheap. Heck, Dr Buss managed to win titles by being cheap. _________________ RIP mom. 11-21-1933 to 6-14-2023.

Wonder if GSW will trade him when Klay is healthy. It would seem like a waste bringing him off the bench. _________________ "Every hurt is a lesson, and every lesson makes you better”

I can see them playing Klay as a “SF.”
I see a lot of upside for GS this year if Klay hits the ground running...now we’ve gone the extreme on them from being rated to highly to underrated. They’ve done a nice job with role player pickups from what I recall of the offseason.

Yes, the over on GS winning 47.5 games is a bet I expect to collect on. _________________ RIP mom. 11-21-1933 to 6-14-2023.

The over is 47.5?! I need to get in on that action.

Why not - they would have the best PG/SG rotation in the league, by far. 3 all-stars, 1 of them a superstar/MVP Level guy, another 1 of the best shooting guards of all time as a shooter and a third an all-star caliber combo guard. That's just ridiculous talent and rotation. You can use DLO as a 2 or 1, and you can then close games with Klay at the 3.
On Offense it will work brilliantly. The only issues I see are on the defensive end.
