It's not just the OL. Higbee was wide open for a TD and Goff botched the throw badly. _________________ "Suck it up. Don't be a baby. Do your job." - Kobe Bryant |

Looking like Ravens and 49ers are on a collision course for a Super Bowl rematch. |

Game is so out of hand that RG3 gets almost the entire 4th quarter to show he still got it. |

The shine is off McVay a bit, his offense looks anemic and I don't think he is ever going to hang his shingle on defense. _________________ Love, Laker Lanny |

I missed work to go to the game tonight.
What a waste of a sick day.
This is some serious Jeff Fisher 7-9 BS. _________________ "Dread it, run from it... destiny arrives all the same." |

They can go 9-7 and still miss the playoffs in the NFC this year. Frankly, this team hasn't had any impressive wins this year. |

Mahomes was credited with 6 TDs in that epic Rams vs Chiefs MNF game last year.

Guess I'll be rooting for the Seahawks and whichever team is playing the Pats the rest of the season.
I'd enjoy watching a Seahawks vs Ravens or Chiefs SB. _________________ "Suck it up. Don't be a baby. Do your job." - Kobe Bryant |

^ That was maybe the best regular season game I've seen. Honorable mention for a SNF game where Peyton came back to beat Brady after being down like 20 points. |

It made the NFL Top 100 list of greatest games.
Last night's game deserves to be on Top 100 beat downs. _________________ "Suck it up. Don't be a baby. Do your job." - Kobe Bryant |

I had to actually look it up. I just remember both teams scored in the 50s so I figured one of those QBs must have thrown a lot of TDs. _________________ "Suck it up. Don't be a baby. Do your job." - Kobe Bryant |

The NFL is the Lamar Jackson show right now, he is sensational and John Harbaugh is the most underrated coach in the league.
I only took the hapless Rams because I knew everyone else my pool would pick Baltimore. Now I realize how futile that idea was. |
And some ppl wanted Harbaugh fired for benching the corpse of Joe Flacco and play Lamar Jackson. He didn't dissapoint his coach for trusting him! |

I think if it can’t be one of my teams it has to be whoever beats the Patriots.
I’m done and over with them.

I actually thought that they might go to Lamar sooner than they did last season. It was very clear to me that Flacco was done as a starting-caliber NFL QB. |

The fact that this team isn't dominating the Cardinals shows how big of a drop off 2019 has been for the Rams. |

The fact the Cardinals are making the Rams look like it's 2018 shows how bad their defense plays. _________________ "Suck it up. Don't be a baby. Do your job." - Kobe Bryant |

Rams eventually took care of business but they couldn't score a TD on their first couple of possessions. Equally concerning is that they only beat bad teams this year, their best quality win was at home vs the Saints the same game where Drew Brees was injured. They are gonna need to beat the Seahawks or the 49ers if they are to have any chance of making the playoffs. |

At one point the total yardage today was something like Rams 470, Cards 90. I'd say they dominated. But yes, they haven't beaten anyone really good this season except for the Saints, and that was with Bridgewater coming into the game cold, without a week of Sean Payton preparing him to start. In any case, the Rams almost certainly have to win out to have a shot at a playoff berth. If they do that and finish 11-5, they'll be right there. It would mean that they beat both Seattle and San Francisco, which ensures that one of those teams would finish with at least 4 losses, because they still have to play each other. So they'd just need 1 more loss by the loser of the next Seattle/San Francisco game to have a shot at winning an 11-5 tiebreaker with them. And if Minnesota loses tomorrow night to the Seahawks, they would just need 1 more Vikings loss to have a shot at winning an 11-5 tiebreaker against them.
The Ravens game wasn't a literal must-win game. The one next week against Seattle absolutely is. |
