Got to see that nice AC/THT combo that has always looked good. Nice to think of these two guys and how good they're going to look in the next couple of years as they grow together. They already have that chemistry, and complement each other well.

These last two losses were because of a lack of offense, not defense. We're still #1 in defense. Our offense will get back to normal as long as we get back to our old up-tempo game.
We could use some old-fashioned 135-140-point blowout games to get us back on track. _________________ Lakers 49ers Chargers Dodgers
I want to relax, but the Lakers were pretty painful to watch recently, and the Jazz seems to be really rockin.
But this is recency bias. The Jazz will go through rough patch as well. There have been a handful of times in NBA history when a team has basically no regular season struggles. The most recent, the 2015-16 Warriors, breezed through the regular season, were lucky to get out of the WCF, and then fell in the Finals. Nothing matters until the games actually count, and we are months from that, with almost no chance the Lakers don't make the playoffs.
As to the pervasive sky in falling theme, it's been part of the culture of this site pretty much every season over the last couple of decades I've been posting here. Yet, in the last couple decades the Lakers have gone to 8 Finals and won 6, something matched by no other franchise. Which is to say that despite the faction of pessimists rushing to post every negative thought in their heads, the Lakers are in and winning the Finals regularly and will continue to do so for at least the near term. So chill indeed and lets revisit this in June.
