So last week I dove after a ball and smacked my elbow and knee on the court. It didn't hurt much at the time, but after shooting airball after airball, I figured something was wrong with my arm. I looked at my elbow and it was the size of a tennis ball. I didn't go see a doctor though. I figured it'd get better. Well, most of the swelling went away, but now it's bruised from right underneath my bicep to the middle of my forearm. There is also stinging going on and when I move my elbow around I can feel nerves move.

Has anyone had a similar injury? If so, did you see a doctor? And if so, did he or she tell you, "Take some advil and ice it." If so, I don't want to go. If they said that you had some kind of damage, let me know! I just don't want to waste a perfectly good day at the doctor's office.

I've bruised the bones, around both my elbows, but I'm too stubborn to go to the doctor... I mentioned it to my doctor, but I just kept putting off any in-depth investigation.

In one incident, I was jumping onto a dock, and there was an old, rusty chain, that I tried grabbing onto... Needless, to say, the chain broke, almost immediately, and gravity took effect... It was, like, one second I've got ahold of an old, rusty chain, and the next, I'm smaking into the concrete, hard, and my forearms, and elbows are what took a lot of the blow... Well, now, I have constant pains, around my elbow areas, as if there is a bone, that didn't quite heal right...

Other incidents involve my driving a little "Club-Car", where I work... It's just a little motorized vehicle, like you might use on a golf course... Unfortunately, I found that you can really injure yourself, by resting your elbows, or forearms, on the door frame, especially, when you hit a large bump!!... I know those sharp, stinging pains, when you touch those areas.

I decided to live with my condition, because it doesn't always bother me, and I'm afraid of making a big deal out of it, and complicating matters... But I don't want to affect anyone, negatively... You should go to a good doctor.
