One thing some are really overlooking is compared to the Blazers and Rockets of the bubble, this Suns team is the ‘96 Bulls defense. |

Biggest change I would make is DS coming off the bench, whether he wants it or not. That's not his call to make.
Caruso is great, but he really provides no consistent punch. We still need someone that can score off the bench.
Our starting lineup should be LBJ-AD-KCP-Caruso-Gasol, period.
Also, I'd find some time for Kieff. |

We haven't had an identity all season long. It was once our defense but this insistence on playing Trez/Drummond is going to kill us. _________________ KOBE |

Times like this you wish there was a teammate that would tear into LeBron and AD for being passive the way Kobe, Rondo, Fisher or CP3 would.
But in addition, the players need to tear into Vogel for his stubbornness. _________________ How NBA 2K18 failed the All-Time Lakers:

AD wasn’t this bad last postseason but he had plenty games where he didn’t show up like he should then followed up with a great game after. He lacks urgency from game to game in the playoffs. That’s a big problem. |

I'm much more concerned about our offense than our defense. Usually when you hold a team to 99 points you win.
We have to get AD the ball in his sweet spots early to get him going. Besides that, our tempo was way too slow. We have to play Showtime basketball, otherwise we'll be in trouble. _________________ Lakers 49ers Chargers Dodgers |

All I know is we were soft, they were not.
They are a lot tougher than we are.
Davis can’t play soft pu$$y ball. Not going to work for Laker fans.
Gotta play with some balls, dude. |

Booker took 26 shots today...
LBJ/AD took 29 total... Lebron with only 12 shots? That's not going to get it done.
But they didn't look like they cared that much for this game. No sense of urgency most game. But this team has struggled offensively all season long. Not sure why. No excuse putting up only 90pts vs the Suns. |

And lebron won’t be able to overcome that this year with his health in those game |

When youre not hitting them and still have a shot...to keep shooting them...team done that all year tho😑 |
Again, watch the game 1 against Portland last season, it is like an encore |
Can’t rely on history to keep repeating itself like it’ll be all good in game 2.
Too often today we forced a 3 early in the clock instead of setting up a better look. There needs to be adjustments for next game.
This game was actually there for the taking today and all it would’ve took was better execution offensively and probably a bit more effort on the glass. |
Right.
Even though historically Lebron has always been known to drop game 1’s in a feel out type of ordeal, we can’t keep playing into that game of chance.
Especially off of injuries and our overall teams fatigue.
I expect with a lot of heavy film session Vogel will come up with a strategy to contain Ayton. Just gotta maintain focus on their shooters as well.
Plus if wouldn’t hurt if our entire squad can catch fire on the offensive end as well collectively as a team. |

I love KCP but going 1/7 from 3pt land hurts ..... a lot of those were wide open. |
Caruso didn’t play well either... he was okay. He was getting lit on defense |

I knew we were done right away - no effort to loose balls all game long and we gave up a million transition baskets. This team has been in chill mode for awhile now. No intensity at all.
Lebron still has zero explosion and Davis - wow. I mean…what can you say about that trash performance.
I don’t know how you let this slip away with cp3 hurt - the guy couldn’t even shoot or dribble and they still rolled us. |

Then, flat out, we deserve to go down in the 1st Round.
This has been the same (bleep) all year. Personally, I'm sick of it, and if you can't care for a game in the playoffs when, as a team, you've proven nothing this year, then we deserve a 1st round exit. |

AD just doesn't have that drive to dominate every night. Wish someone could give him a Kobe injection. |

For that to happen AD needs to start at the 5. Vogel needs to cut the (bleep) AD and Drummond experiment. |

Also our shooting is just so bad. I’m playing Mclemore and Gasol because teams are just leaving our guys wide open and it’s just brick after brick. |

AD was invisible, but then the team as a whole couldn't shoot from outside or even from the line worth a damn, and they got out-hustled. The hustle part became apparent in the first, as soon as Lebron left the game the entire team seemed to lose any sense of urgency. They had a shot at taking the game over when Chris Paul went out, but they let the opportunity pass them by. |

We came up flat as the road team, it happens. We need Bron and AD to have strong bounce back games and we'll be fine. |

Talking about the missing open 3s. KCP and DG hit a lot of 3s in that series after game 1. I don’t know if we win game 2, but I am hoping they can make more open 3s |
