I sprained my ankle playing basketball at the gym last Wednesday. This is probably the worst it has ever been. I could not put any weight on it for the first couple of days. I could walk but I tried to play on it in my league on Sunday and could not do it. Anyone know any specific things I could do to help me recover from this sprain a little quicker?
I guess these contagious Laker injuries are spreading to fans as well _________________ Please jump off the bandwagon while you can. |
