I live in Atlanta, but originally I'm from northern California, Stockton to be exact and last year I came home for the holidays and had a burrito from "The Green Burrito" which is a part of Carl's Jr, and enjoyed it. I liked it so much that I ate another one. Are the burritos really good there, or do I have bad taste? The only other chain choices that I have are Del Taco, Taco Bell, and Jack in the Box. Any other suggestions? Also, I'm a vegetarian, so meat is not an issue with me. _________________ Defense is my business, and business is good! |

You're a Veggie? Aw man! You wastin' our time!
But (As the unofficial fast food guru ) I'll start a thread and ask the "Burrito Headz" here where the best burritos are. _________________

Let's here your spots for best burrs, L.A. or outside of La La land. I had a homemade burrito last night and it was off the hook.
I know there's this spot near (or in) East Los that has this HUUUUUGE BURRITO. The place may be called King Burrito, can anyone confirm that? Thanks. _________________

Not really.. I mean sometimes I will call a place I go to a lot, like a neighborhood place, "the taco shop," but in general people just call the places by their names.
Taco Fiesta, Los Ponchos, Sambreros, Roberto's, etc., etc. I lived in LA for three years of my life and really I didn't find any better mexican food than can be found in San Diego.
If you want GREAT mexican food... just go to old town San Diego, best Mexican in the country. _________________ LakersGround's Terms of Service

There's a place on Broadway and Vernon (It could be called Louisiana Chicken) but they make some bomb-ass Steak & Cheese burritos. _________________

I think you're thinking of El Tepeyac and the Hollenbeck Burrito.
I love El Gran Burrito on SM Blvd and Vermont. Open late! |

Any Valley spots? There was one place in West Hills that was incredible but I'm suddenly having a brain fart on the cross streets. It was a small joint "mom and poppish" but I loved that place. |

I was just thinking about Lux's food threads today and the possibility of a burrito thread. Awesome to see it. _________________ Game recognize game, Granddad. - Riley Freeman, The Boondocks |
