My heartfelt condolences to his family and loved ones. May you take comfort in the realization that his life touched those around him and solace in knowing that his memory lives on. Phil will be missed by all who knew him, and missed most by those that knew him best.
Damn.
Thanks Phil, for your big part in this little community.

I'm for a loss for words, I knew him from the days of Lakerstalk, and sadly lost touch with him when LT moved on.
R.I.P. my friend. |

I'll miss his news contributions to LG. For what it's worth, I'd like to thank him for his tireless efforts in bringing us news on all things Lakers.
RIP Phil. |

I know Phil is a large part of building the foundation LG is built on. I spend a lot of time here so he helped give me a lot to enjoy and for that I thank him. _________________ Stop crying and start doing.

Very sad and a loss to all of us. My prayers and condolences go out to Phil's family. _________________ "Every time he got an offensive rebound, it was deflating," Hornets coach Monty Williams said ... "I thought Bynum decided the series. He was that good."

Rest in God's peace my friend. While we didn't always agree, your kindness and generosity were genuine and the world is a little bit colder today, especially in beautiful Joshua tree that you loved so much. God Speed Phil, you will be missed. _________________ The heroes of the past are untouchable, protected forever by the fortress door of time-unless some mysterious stranger magically turns up with a key. |

My sincere condolences to his family and friends. I truly hope he's watching games with Chick in the sky.

You summed up everything I wanted to say. Is there a way we can set up a memorial fund for a scholarship in his honor? |
