This whole week i've seen some increasing numbers of Laker flags and i've been thinking, is it time to put up your Laker flags on your car and does anyone keep their Laker flag throughout the whole season?
We've had a few threads about this over the last few years. Some people think you're a bandwagon fan if you put on the flag. I usually put mine up during the playoffs. I don't see anything wrong with showing your pride. I guess some are too cool for school.
I don't blame people for not having the flags when the team is losing. It's not a matter of true Laker pride it's a matter of not repping a team when they are under performing. That doesn't mean that those people werent fans before, they just happen to put the flag now. I have a flag but my car is 2 door so it only has two windows. It would be impossible to constantly leave the window up.

It's a shame that people would down Laker fans as being "bandwagoners" to sport the flags. The team deserves support. Even if 1/2 of those fans sporting the flags were "bandwagoners," what better time to support the team than when they're ready to make a run in the playoffs?
Regardless, I only sported the flags when they first came out during the 3-peat teams. Thing is, one of them snapped off while I was driving and haven't sported one on my car ever since. I loved rockin' the flags on my car, but not at the risk of causing an accident or adding debree to the road and making it unsafe for others.
I am thinking of getting the silver Lakers emblem for my car though. _________________ Just chill and watch the new Dynasty evolve...

Kobe is pimping the Car flag, while the MVP Finals trophy rides shotgun. You know it's awesome when even the players throw the flags up on their rides.
