Yep. I want to see Ariza on Brooks and Lowry also. Move Kobe to SF. Less of Fisher too. Maybe put in Farmar for a change-up, see what happends. |

I believe in Drew. He's gonna improve if he play more against Yao. |

I doubt that will happen. Lakers will have a big lead, then have the bench screw it up, forcing the starters back in to finish the job. That seems to have happened in every win the last few weeks. |

It would be best to have Bynum just force Yao to the hole.
Force him to block the shot or dunk at the rim than try to finesse him and that way he'd either block or foul Bynum.
Either way, he'd make Yao work hard on defense and hopefully get him in foul trouble. Yao doesn't have the best conditioning as well and for whatever reason he struggles at times at the end of games because of it.
He won't be able to keep up if people are attacking him and definitely won't keep up if we're able to get more transition opportunities.
I know this is the NBA and not street/gym ball but, my philosophy was to make the big man block my shots and not be afraid of him.
They all need to take it to him. Kobe, Pau, Odom, Brown, all of them. If he falls, their interior defense falls in line.
That's how I feel.

The formula for success is get Pau involved and make him man the f*** up! He was a total push over last night, and considering the height advantage he'd have over Scola, we need to go to him more when Andrew is in the game or when Yao is resting, or even against Yao to use the quickness advantage he has over Yao.
Encouraging thing is that we played awful for us and still could have won it, we're not gonna shoot something like 2 for 18 from 3 every night, so the Rockets better enjoy their 1 victory while it lasts, because I smell revenge in the air already. |

We'll win the next 4 in a row, if that is all the Rockets have got and they could barely beat us on our worst and rustiest night then they're in for a rude awakening |

Rockets have pretty good D.. I expect some calls to go kobe's way early and often.. Refs will be a benefit to the Lakers' in Game 2..
rockets will give a lakers a run for their money though.. Gasol and Odom disappear again in the 4th..
rockets by 4. |

this one has nothing to with what Houston is going to do. If LA wants to make their OPEN shots, free throws, lay ups, and properly run a break, then they shouldnLt have trouble winning. |

Man, not being second round virgins and winning one game has houston feeling really good about themselves. It will be time for a reality check soon. |
