thanks to those who run this site to allow us 'fanatics' a place to root and vent about our favorite basketball/sports team. (might be more venting than rooting, but i've been wrong about other things. hope i'm wrong again.  )

Hi DB/Mods,
First, thank you for the untiring effort on running and keeping LG up. It is an integral part of Lakers fans and trolls' daily lives. I know basketball fans of other teams scout this site and the forum as well.
How is the upgrade coming? I noticed we still encounter a lot of critical errors lately. Makes me think something big has gone down especially before the trade deadline. 
Traffic has been really high in this Mike Brown era for the Lakers.  I don't know what the problem is but a lot of posters obviously need to monitor their high blood pressure and quick fingers on thread creation. /sarcasm
Anyway, please let us know if more help is needed. I am sure we can rally the LG faithful to pitch in more to get the site where you need/want it to be.

We're about to do the upgrade. I was waiting for the All Star break. We've only got one game from now until next Friday. I figured that looked like the best time to do this.
Of course, if we make a trade then that plan backfires. 
Ideally, I get the upgrade done and then we make a trade so we can fine tune some settings when we get throttled. |

Ah, yes... that would be logical. As for the bold part, let's hope the basketball gods make it happen.
