Hornets hit the illegal D tech and the Speedy nails a tough J... Kwame hits a nice 12 foot J... Butler misses a long J and Luke is fouled over the back... third Kobe turnover... Hornets miss a J, go over Gumps back (no call) and get an and-1 putback... Butler makes the throw...37-33 Hornets. _________________ "Why do you think bad things happen, anyway???" NOK was over-the-back in a BAD way on DG on that last play, before they
then called a foul on us after the "offensive board."
Oh well |

This game is a prime example of what goes wrong for us... The Hornets have our number... They seem to know how to apply the pressure, and make us play to their rhythm.
Kobe is being quick, on the steals, and loose balls, but he's also feeling the pressure, when trying to post up. Two, or three turnovers by Kobe, as he's being rushed, on passes, dribbling, and his shots.
Kwame is our inside man, and Smush and Odom sometimes are able to find a crack to sneak through, otherwise we'd be totally locked out of the paint. _________________ "Teamwork is a nebulous thing. It is as ephemeral as love, disappearing at the latest insult.".... Phil Jackson |

Good effort by Battlecat on the offensive glass.
Almost got the And-1 on the putback after the quick Walton passback. |

Kobe sits the pine... PJ Brown illegal screen... Lamar clanked three, but Kwame boards and is fouled... Kwame makes both throws... 39 all... Mark Jackson hits a longer J... Lamar bumped on the shot, but they call it an O foul... Sasha the Matador give up an EASY layup to Claxton... Kwame hits again... Easy layup for Butler... Sasha couldn't guard my gramma.... Luke misses a shorter J... another Hornets easy layup... Kobe pissed, PJ calls a timeout... Hornets up 47-41 _________________ "Why do you think bad things happen, anyway???"
