This kid seems like a perfect guy to take a chance with 22 years old. Absolutely explosive and quick. He was just released by Phoenix and we should look to grab him immediately. His style fits us perfectly. _________________ You mystified at what exists inside

Played for Phoenix. Athletic explosive Guard. He's not the end all he all but from what I saw last season. He can play and would be a solid addition. _________________ You mystified at what exists inside

So that would mean no open roster spots |

Just one of those "their young player is better than our young player" kind of guys. Not like he was cut from the Thunder. He was cut from the Sun, a team still looking for roster talent. That says everything. _________________ LakersGround's Terms of Service

I disagree. We tend to say our guys are young and let them grow, he's 22. You don't think he's better than Metta?? I think this was just a loaded backcourt heavy team.
Booker
Knight
Barbosa
Bledsoe
And he was the odd man out. I'm not saying he's a savior. I'm saying worth a look at a 6'5 athletic swingman. _________________ You mystified at what exists inside

This one I'm surprised with. He's a quick whippet. He will be scooped up by someone. _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

The Suns had too many guards. He may have had the dunk of the preseason, but guess his all around game didn't justify cutting Barbosa.
The Suns are weak but its not because they lack guards. |

No thanks. Reading the Suns board about this guy is enough to give me a cataract.
They detest the guy. Outside of a few highlights the dude has an IQ of a peanut and the work ethic of a slug.
Last remaining piece of the Morris era for them... let that sink in.
He's someone who appears to have potential every time he makes a big play, momentarily causing you to forget how bad he is at most basketball fundamentals, but then he returns to (poor) form not long after.
I actually hated watching Archie. The highlights were dope, but he was such a bad decision maker.
Archie Goodwin had two moves.
Catch the pass and shoot.
Catch the pass, put his head down, and drive to the basket. Emphasis on the head down part of that.
People talk about the ball dying in a guy like Melo's hands, Archie was way, way worse. And he's been playing the exact same way since his time at UK. He might be getting slightly better at shooting, and slightly better at finishing those drives to the hoop... but the fact is his game never evolved. He's not a playmaker. He's not a good passer.
...
We've got those already in PnG. |
