Andre Ingram delivers the GAME-WINNING SHOT! | South Bay Lakers
Quote:
Down 4 with under a minute to play, 11-year NBA G League vet Andre Ingram drilled a three to bring it within one and then sank a floater with 1.5 seconds to go to hand South Bay a dramatic comeback victory against rival Santa Cruz at the UCLA Health Training Center.
In his 392nd career G League game, Ingram finished with 24 points (6 three-point makes) and 4 rebounds. (12/7/18)
🤯 @DGriff1000 taking souls with this reverse alley-oop slam! #OhMy 😤
Rookie @DGriff1000 tells us the emoji he'd use for his reverse alley-oop slam and what he's brought to South Bay from his days with @TXSOTigers.

Especially over Zubac. Zu should be in the G League right now. _________________ Lakers Offseason Goal:

- Sign Jonas Valanciunas or Nicolas Claxton
- sign and trade DLO to not lose value

Wonder if Jemerrio Jones will get a call-up at some-point this season?
According to the announcers “Jemerrico” Jones. (Including A.C.)
Seems Jemerrio can do a little of everything besides a reliable shot. He has played pretty well and if he doesn’t get called up this year by somebody hopefully we can bring him into SL and TC after half our team leaves to FA. Don’t see it this year.
Love seeing a 6 5 guy out rebounding everybody. _________________ We pour this booze and we drink this booze because we think it's yummy. YUMMY! So over the tounge and down the throat to party in our tummys.
DOWN THE HOLA BITC*OLA!!!
The South Bay Lakers beat the Sioux Falls Skyforce in a back-and-forth affair, 124-119 (box score), on Saturday night. Alex Caruso, Jemerrio Jones and Johnathan Williams all tallied double-doubles for South Bay (9-9) in the win. Yante Maten paced the Skyforce (11-6) with 30 points and 17 rebounds.
12/20/18: – The South Bay Lakers lost their first game of the MGM Resorts Winter Showcase, as they fell to the Greensboro Swarm, 106-90, on Thursday night. Joel Berry II and Travis Wear each scored 19 points for South Bay (9-10) in the loss.
Jaylen Barford led the Swarm (9-8) with 18 points off the bench.
Good luck to Josh; he was a valuable member of the SB Lakers.
I though he would make it in Atl but I guess he got caught up in a numbers game. He will do well overseas and get paid handsomely. Happy for him & his fam.
Alex Caruso and Johnathan Williams have rejoined the @Lakers as part of their two-way contracts. They’re both expected to be with the #LakeShow tonight for the game against Sacramento.

Good moves. Caruso generally does well against Sacramento and Williams can provide some rebounding and energy for a few minutes against a fast Sac team.
South Bay’s comeback falls short in loss to Hustle
Quote:
The South Bay Lakers erased a 16-point deficit in the fourth quarter but couldn’t do enough to win, as they fell to the Memphis Hustle, 121-115.
Travis Wear scored 20 points and Scott Machado tallied a 17-point, 11-assist double-double for South Bay (9-12), but the Lakers shot only 69.2 percent from the free throw line. Marcus Keene led the Hustle (13-7) with 22 points off the bench.
