I have always viewed flopping as not some "clever strategy", but wussy charity handouts... For Example Kobe NEVER flopped EVER.
Lowry is talented as hell but like Ginoblili, loses my respect with all the soft azz flopping. _________________ Creatures crawl in search of blood, To terrorize y'alls neighborhood.
Iβm still not worried about the Raptors but their game plan is clear. Leave our guards wide open. Too many misses. I will say the Raptors are a very disciplined team.

We need to get back to playing up-tempo basketball and beating the other's team defense upcourt. Our halfcourt offense also looks unimaginative at times. _________________ Lakers 49ers Chargers Dodgers

Anyone still doesn't think raps will repeat?
Not at all ready to concede but they are certainly contenders to be taken seriously.
This as much as Toronto gives us fits, they arenβt great against the Bucks this season.
Lost to them twice already and Bledsoe really cuts down on Lowryβs shenanigans.
The raps and Bucks play on Monday , should be a good one.
I predict this will be the ECF unless Miami gets hot
I'm frustrated at Lebron and AD, but danny bricking what seemed like 10 wide open 3s is just unacceptable.
That is the formula - pack the paint, trap LeBron, double AD on the catch and dare us to make wide open threes.
If we continue to shoot like ass, it'll be lather, rinse, repeat. _________________ On Lakersground, a concern troll is someone who is a fan of another team, but pretends to be a Lakers fan with "concerns".

An for the most the part so is our team.
Vogel has done an amazing job this year and 50 wins proves that.
He coached his ass off in the mail bitter win against the Clippers a couple nights ago and wasnβt all the way there tonight against Nick Nurse.
Taking out Lebron while Lowry came back in was the end of the game right there

As good as Kawhi is, I wonder if the Raptors could have won the championship with any other all star small forward instead. _________________ Damian Lillard shatters Dwight Coward's championship dreams:

Itβs been 4 months and nice to have Lakers Basketball back I must say ππππππππππππππ
The sky isn't falling. But we played some atrocious ball today.
I feel like both games we didnβt play our best. Thatβs ok. Itβs better to have these shooting and adjustment issues now than later. Iβm happy that weβre able to face these issues now versus in playoffs. We were undisciplined tonight and I look forward to their ability to adapt to this. _________________ Author of James Harden and the Strip Club

Caruso is great off the bench but still keeps running out of talent. Overall just a poor game from everyone. No urgency to start and just got out played by a very good Toronto team. We had way too many knucklehead plays.

Tough night for us but the restart wonβt obviously be pretty for all teams coming back from a 4 month layoff.
Another Teachable moment.
We got the Clips on the opener and the Raps got us on their opener. π€·π»ββοΈ
The Raps will probably get their teeth kicked in again on Monday against the Bucks who knows πππ
Gotta shake this loss off and regain our shooting rhythm and beat up the Jazz on Monday πͺππͺππͺ
Itβs good to have Lakers Basketball back ππππππ
Blueprint is out, forcing the Lakers to shoot is how you beat them......
Green has been garbage all season. KCP is looking too much like early season KCP.
Early season KCP was a fluke. This is who he is. Green I agree is garbage. This is how he's been all his career. Icy hot. I still can't believe he shot 45% from 3 last year.
This was predictable - the Raptors are a try hard 3pt chucking team, in this setting with them playing with game 7 intensity and Nurse scheming all these swarming double teams we just didnβt care to go that all out.
In a series we take care of them, Lowry isnβt flopping his way to 30 every night. Van Fleet is a problem tho, I admit that no doubt.
They are a bad match against us. If we add that they started to hit every 3 they threw and that our game was pretty bad the result is easy to predict. Well, it's like a preseason to us, better to lose today than in the playoffs but the team needs to get game rhythm as soon as possible, specially LeBron.
Also, even if they are a great team, I don't think they will be able to win against both the Celtics and the Bucks so we shouldn't worry too much about them.
Raptors just owning the Lakers. 11 in a row is nuts. Very well coached team. They might have the best coach in the NBA right now. Also seems like every time we play the Raptors they play harder.
