Rondo actually was playing defense out there. He looked to calm down the offense some too. It was nice to see him be useful for a change.
What a great win. We took their greatest 3 point shooting quarter on the chin and still came out ahead.
Lebron looked dominant out there. He was not going to let us lose in the 4th.
All the guys played hard and we won. Lets see more of that |

I think it is safe to say, rondo should be in whenever LBJ is not in the game |

Has he stopped anyone this series? Or not commit dumb fouls? |
He had the highest +/- tonight at +28. 9 assists, 5 steals and 10 points. How anyone could have watched the game tonight and questioned Rondo play is laughable. Now DG on the other hand, with his -10 +/- well, call a spade a spade (horrible overpaid player) |

With McGee injured, and more importantly proving that he cannot be effective against the Rox, what is our starting lineup on Tues? |

It seems you just can’t guard harden straight up because he has other ways to score besides the 3 |
Yeah, it's called the swing-n-flail.

Houston destroyed our lead in the 3rd quarter and they went 5.
Rondo assist to a bucket then followed up a quick steal on James Harden to an easy layup cutting lead down to 1 was the turning point.
Rajon was huge tonight!!!!!! 💪🏀💪🏀💪🏀💪🏀 |

No more McGee.
Rotation:
PG: Rondo
SG: DG
SF: LJ
PF: Kuz
C: Davis
Short Bench:
Morris
KCP
Alex C
If Rondo can keep playing like that, we will this series in 5 |

I still worry we're doubling too much, and it's not even Harden. We're scrambling and giving up too many open looks to a team that hits 3's well. It worked today but can we do this every game? I wish we would be more selective with doubles, sudden traps out of no where or on drives |

Imagine this series if the Rockets still had CP3. Chris Paul would thrive even more with shooters all over the floor.
Now imagine if James Harden wasn't a baby and let CP3 have some shine and didn't just stand at half court every time CP3 was trying to run the offense. Almost to sabotage him which created a narrative that CP3 had declined hard. Which hurt his trade value.
I am just glad we are facing Westbrook instead of CP3. Yes Westbrook will probably have a big game at some point, but it gives the Lakers the one guy you don't have to guard at the 3 point line on a team of 3 point snipers. |

I would love to see the above, but I can't imagine Vogel ever straying too far from his starting lineup, and I think he wants to keep Rondo's minutes limited due to his health and conditioning.
More likely:
KCP
DG
LBJ
Kuz
AD
Short bench:
Playoff Rondo
AC
Kieff |

Excellent win!
Would love to see that same effort every play of every game.
Their inconsistent effort cost them a loss in game 1 and almost cost them again tonight. 11 wins to go. Make it happen. |

One takeaway is that we won with them making 22 threes. If you would have told me this before the game I’d say we took an L. |

That’s the effect of the bubble, role players shoots worse on the road, but the bubble is like practice court, so their role players are shooting without pressure, I wish I could say the same about ours |
Being on a Lebron team and playing for the Lakers is a special kind of pressure cooker other players don't have to deal with. Not to excuse clanking wide open shots but it is what it is. _________________ KOBE |

Huge stat right there.
Not sure the record is but im pretty if you hit 22 3s you win 95% of the time.
Rockets is shooting above their average right now. |

Double needs to come from whoever guarding Westbrook, chase them off the 3 without fouling. |
