Lebron can play until he is 40 if he is working the post as well as he was in this game. |

Schroder said he told LeBron to “Bet a Benjamin on it” on that 3, and LeBron looked at him and said “BET!” as the 3 went through, no look and all.
Schroder loved it, called it “legendary,” Everybody was talking about it throughout the game. "It was just a hell of a play."

It's absolutely nuts to think it's possible, given how incredible LeBron was in his physical prime. But is the Laker version of LeBron the best of his career?
I mean, he doesn't leap tall buildings in the same way he once did. But his mix of individual dominance, team facilitation, game management and season management, I'm not sure it's ever been done like this before. |

LePost James can play for YEARS. He will always be able to post up and bully, hit the one legged dirk shot or make an unreal pass that only he can. |

You can argue he is much more skilled than his younger days. He perfected that spin move. Although he doesn’t jump out of the building like before, he still gets up there and still he unstoppable on fast break. He might be stronger than before as well. |

This guy is making his case. As the greatest player of all time.
His impact every season is undeniable, he is simply tremendous at basketball. _________________ Love, Laker Lanny |

Shaq was the best player I have ever seen.
Lebron might become the most accomplished player I have ever seen (while still being 3rd in terms of best player I have ever seen after Diesel and Jordan) |

Personally, I think Miami LBJ is the greatest version of him that we have seen. He had Wade and Bosh, so the scoring load wasn't nearly as heavy as it has been for much of his career, but his defense was lock-down back then.
He can still defend at a high rate when he wants to, but it was constant in Miami. |

I hope that fallaway is going to be a consistent weapon for him going forward. It'll extend his time as an impact player for years. Now all he needs to do is work on a Baby Skyhook like Magic did. _________________ "Chick lived and breathed Lakers basketball…but he was also fair and objective and called every game the way it was played."

Malone turn around jumper was money in his older playing days and LeBron's dirk fadeaway is even harder to block, with the new 'lighter' bigs, Bron can bang in the paint for years |

as others have stated, barring serious injury, Lebron is on the mailman track. Karl could have kept playing past 40 if not for the knee injury that finally did him in. |

Yep, 2009-2013 Lebron was usually the best offensive and defensive player on the court. His size/athleticism checked so many boxes.
With current Lebron, it's difficult to gauge his abilities outside of the playoffs. Last night was a good example, where Lebron gave about as elite of a first 14 minutes as one could ask for, but then took a bunch of silly shots, unfocused handles/passes over the entire 3rd quarter. |

If Lebron can simply be a post up guy and 3 point shooter, I agree, he will be effective for a long, long time. I can not see him drive past many guys at that age, but he does not even do that now. He has adjusted his game to being a bully ball driver, post up guy, and 3 point shooter. His IQ is so good man, he finds the mismatch and then just breaks the guy down based on what his own advantage is. I have not seen a player this smart since Magic. |

My God is Lebron is going to be energized for the playoffs. 30 easy minutes per night. He barely sweats out there. |

Which is crazy, I still keep wondering when that cliff will come. How is he still so athletic?? He literally is older than Gasol and is playing MVP caliber ball.
Insane. |

As a percentage of total shots, Lebron is currently taking the fewest amount of shots at the rim in his career. His 3pt shooting is the highest of his career.
Old man game clearly in effect. |

Yeah, he's played with so many different rosters and entirely different franchises but every single year it seems like the team he is a part of are genuinely enjoying themselves all year long. For him to be playing this long and still have so much love and all out desire for the game is an awesome thing to see especially since he does nothing but consistently win. |

Just looked up his 3pt % and he’s shooting 38.6% from 3 so far his best season shooting the 3 was when he was with the Miami Heat back in the 2012-2013 season and he was shooting 40.6% from 3 that year it’s a realistic possibility that LeBron will exceed that percentage and have his best season shooting the 3 ball. |
