Lakers actually guarded the paint well this game. Only 30 pts for the nuggets in the paint. Too bad for the Lakers, the Nuggets bench turned into steph curry. And Nuggets has too many FT.

Are we shooting badly from downtown only because we're in a slump, or because our good 3-pt shooting the first month of the season was fool's good? _________________ Lakers 49ers Chargers Dodgers

So Trudell is reporting initially a "strain". A "strain" can mean a tear. I'll be very surprised if he didn't tear his achilles. Even so a "strained" achilles may very well be a season ending injury
Playing him this game and last was STUPID. Did people not learn from Kobe?
A strain means not a tear but we don't know for sure until the MRI. A better analogy is what happened with KD and the warriors so it's surprising to have him play.
Hopefully it's just a strain/tendinosis and he can rest 6 weeks with full recovery.

A bit of both is my guess. Yea, they Lakers can stink it up from 3, did so last year too, but some of their 3 shooting percentages of late have been utterly abysmal.

Yeah, at least with Kobe he didn’t have a pre-existing Achilles problem. And at least with KD it was an elimination game in the FINALS.
They chose to play AD in a meaningless regular season game when home court advantage will mean nothing. _________________ Damian Lillard shatters Dwight Coward's championship dreams:

Kuzma is so aggressive in this game. I am hoping he will be like this now that AD will likely miss many games.
He has been the only bright spot for me for the past several games while and then like the energy guys like THT, Trez and AC. But seeing Kuz developing has been a really pleasant thing.
