They were ejected on different situations |
Correct. Kieff "committed" an F1 and then the altercation happened giving Kief and Boogie double techs, resulting in a Kieff ejection. Then several minutes later Boogie received a boarderline F1 and was ejected. Were these automatic or in both cases did the Ref choose to toss them? |

Markieff Morris spoke really candidly about how he's dealt with being taken out of the rotation. Specifically, he said he didn't understand how he could be taken out of the rotation after he was a part of the rotation in the playoffs. He clearly wants to play.
It should be noted that Markieff said he's willing to do whatever it takes to help the Lakers win, but yeah — he's definitely had a tough time with this.

I agree with him sitting but I don’t blame him for feeling bad since he gave up money to re-sign here. He just hasn’t shot as well from three as he did last season (our lack of practice maybe?). Trez has just played Kieff out of the rotation.
Maybe they keep sitting AD to heal up that tendiosis and give Kieff time to get into a good rhythm again. |

Man. Vogel looking smart for starting Kieff. He’s been a solid fit as starting 4. |

Good to see Kieff looking like an NBA player again. Before the last couple of games he was neck and neck with Wes as to who was more unplayable. Hopefully Wes has a similar resurgence soon. |

The season is long and players will have ups and downs /see KCP. But, beyond that I think it's also a team-construction issue - there just aren't enough minutes available at full-strength for the likes of Kieff & Matthews so they can get in a playing rhythm. |

Good to see Kieff rounding into form (finally). He looked like trash at the start of the bubble too, he might be one of those guys who is lazy in the offseason and has to play himself into shape. |

Kief been balling well... with Drummond-Gasol, when AD is back... I wonder if it might end up with the ‘stretch’ bigs getting more minutes (Kief and Gasol) |

I've been saying that Kief was the big Vogel trusted the most alongside AD and Bron during the playoffs in crunch time. It was otherwise KCP and one of Green/Rondo/AC. I think he will be a critical factor in the playoffs with him and Kuzma being the most versatile of our bigs. I didn't realize he had expressed so much fatigue early on...makes sense then that he was a good sport about that stretch of DNP-CDs. I just hope Gasol will be be as gracious about it. Tough to be in his position for sure especially with the impact he had last night. _________________ Luxury Tax/FA Spreadsheet (Save to your Google Drive to edit) |

Remember when nerds were yelling that kief wasnt shooting 50% from 3 with 2 shots per game at the start of the season? "WHY ISNT HE SHOOTING BETTER DESPITE PLAYING SPORADICALLY AND RARELY GETS ANY SHOTS" - People who dont play sports. _________________ I love my Lakies |

I love kief. Kief is the guy that allows this roster to be flexible. Hope kief keeps hmself healthy, he will be crucial in the playoffs. |

Yep, Kieff's gonna be huge come playoff time, just like he was last year. Versatile stretch big that is the perfect foil to a couple of superstars. Basically, he is to us what Jeff Green is to the Nets _________________ #18 next... |

I agree. He fills so many needs.
Last year he was essential to our championship. |

His game is going under the radar. He is playing great recently and we need to appreciate his game. He needs to find his place in rotation after AD and Lebron comes back. |

He has been displaying his other offensive skills and been effective. This is one of the silver lining of injuries. Role players able to expand their game and gain confidence. |
