Pop helps facilitate a trade in which the Lakers receive arguably a key piece to another championship run? I don't think so EP! The man has long held a type of envy, and even jealousy, toward the Lakers.

Over the years he's watched how the Lakers have poached some of the greatest to ever play the game, and team them with our latest legend to go on another ring run.

The compensation Pop would seek to extract from us would bear that possibility in mind during negotiations. Guarantee!

Thanks so much for the writeup EP!

This trade could help the Spurs continue their youth movement by Doug McDermott (30 years old and owed $27.5 million over the next two seasons) or Josh Richardson (28 years old with a contract expiring at $12.2 million) from San Antonio."

Lakers are hoping to get Nets' Seth Curry (31 years old with a a base salary of $8,496,653) and/or Joe Harris (30 years old with $38.6 million owed over the next two years)

Pop would rather...

...guzzle flaming shots of kerosene...

...gouge out his own eyes with a melon baller...

...walk barefoot over an entire basketball court covered with broken glass...

...eat a bucket full of raw ghost chiles...

...fly coach on a transpacific flight with no headphones while surrounded by 20 crying babies...

...than ever help the Lakers win a title.

Depends if you think Kyrie helps the Lakers - if you can profit off of destroying the team (some view Kyrie that negatively) then why wouldn't you?
