He’s making a million bucks in Taiwan, I doubt that a 10-day min contract would impress him. |
Yup, he's able to just do literally whatever tf he wants on the floor (playing PG, shooting 3's etc.) and being the star attraction as well. From everything i've seen he looks like he's having the time of his life out there. |

Love Dwight and thankful for his contribution in the 2020 Chip but there’s something about his energy that burns teams out.
He made a lot of changes to get that ring in 2020 but probably gotta give Kidd, Hollins, Handy, Rondo , and Lebron alot of credit for keeping him in check.
History has not been great for him.
Starting to believe this might be the same case for Boogie Cousins.
Fast forward to 2023 with Darvin, old Lebron, and AD with no Rondo ain’t nobody got time for that babysitting shhhh.
To add more LoL on the “small team” emphasis, maybe we should give Serge Ibaka a chance?

A couple 10 day contracts wouldn't hurt at this stage, and could possibly work out well for us. Filler time for when AD has to sit, a little reinforcement for Rui.
If healthy we're not all that small. With LeBron and Mo sitting though we're down from 4 to only 2 players who tip the scales at more than 215 lbs and good teams can get physical on us when AD sits. AD and Rui are big enough to get by, but what would it hurt to sign some kind of backup for them who can come in and bang a bit for 8 minute stretches once or twice a game?
As for DH; I wouldn't blame him for sticking with his current team in Taiwan. He was a part of the title run so good on him if he's still making a payday and enjoys it. |

Lebron and Bamba would solve those small issues.
In the summer I would like to target a true bruiser type big. This team lacks that. In draft or free agency
Drummond
R.Lopez
Biyombo
Not much to pick from. Maybe Tyson Chandler wants to come out of retirement _________________ "He's a Zen master, so he can speak to you, and he doesn't need a microphone; you can hear him in your head, 'Ron, don't shoot, don't shoot.' Whatever, pow, three. I love the Zen, though." |

Guards need to box out. Dangelo was doing a great job at that tonight. Austin also did a solid job of fronting the center — it had to have been that bum Jaxson Hayes — to take him out of the play. The key to making this work is Dangelo and Austin. Dennis picking up full court helps. |

Moses Brown probably the move at this point
For games like tomorrow I'm happy to give Vanderbilt 8 mins at backup C and split the remainder between Brown (or whoever we can sign) and Gabriel
Rui at C will be like Melo at C last year _________________ #18 next... |

We have one B2B after tomorrow, if we haven’t signed anyone now, chances are they won’t sign anyone. |

It the rockets though. Sengun is supposed to be sitting out. I mean Jabari Smith should not be crazy to handle for Rui, Gabriel, and Vando. Eason and KMart Jr make up the rest of their front line.
This is the game where they can rely on Vando, Rui, Troy, and Gabriel to handle the bigs. Lonnie needs to produce and play this game. And the team just needs to zone and hang rebound. If Sengun played you worry but not a 10 day or Dwight/Cousins chemistry issues for Jabari Smith |

If AD will be missing b2b, that means he’ll also miss one of the Jazz or Clippers game next month _________________ Tacos |

And the Utah game should be the one Bron plays with to help his teammates stomp the hell out of their old squad and get his legs back. Then you sit Bron vs the clips and play AD |

I like Pelinka but it’s absurd we don’t have another backup big.
ESPECIALLY if the medical staff tells you AD can’t play b2b. What the hell. |

True, it's unsettling that Sengun is a gametime decision though. Knowing our luck he probably plays
I agree that JSJ at C should be manageable for our guys, I guess their backup C is Usman Garuba which shouldn't cause any headaches, either. How many other B2B's do we have for the remainder of the year, and is Bamba likely to be back for them? _________________ #18 next... |

We should've gotten another backup big the minute Bamba went down.
I also think it's weird as hell that no one is saying anything about his timetable, even today when Stu and Joel were talking about injuries there wasn't a peep about Mo. |

He has a 10M one in Bamba, a 2M one in Gabriel, and he had Bron and Rui with Vando. Why would he sign another one? |

Jazz and clippers is the only back to back left. But by the time it happens clippers could be set in a spot and sit guys. Also you can pretty much play AD one game and Bron the other |

We have to really try to win the Clippers game and and even up the season series. That way, if we finish with the same record as them, we could still finish ahead of them if we have a better conference record.
If AD has to miss one of those games, let him miss the Jazz game. The Jazz are flindering and maybe we can beat them without him. |
