I think that he is at the “conserving energy so he can turn it on when needed” stage of his career. That is part of the reason I’m not super excited about the team winning a title. Even if AD can commit to total concentration for 6 weeks a part time Lebron won’t be enough to get them there. _________________ RIP mom. 11-21-1933 to 6-14-2023.

I don't think the "conserving energy" is about the stage of his career. People identified that he was doing this at least 8 years ago, and he was doing it while winning his last two rings.
I see no point in being gloom-and-doom about this season or trying to calculate our odds of a title. I like how the team is playing, and I am looking forward to seeing how they do in the post season. I am just living in the moment and enjoying things game by game.
I don’t think Lebron is conserving much, he just doesn’t have the stamina to be at his best for a whole regular season + playoffs anymore. He was playing with playoff level intensity for a good portion of the time AD was out, which lead to his body breaking down.
I wanna be optimistic but at his age, the grind of the regular season takes a toll on him these days, I’m worried what playoff level basketball will do.

Why would a clipper fan be excited about Lakers winning chip? Makes no sense
If we were to meet in the NBA Finals with the Celtics THIS YEAR and you told me to choose between Lebron now and Tatum, I would look you in the eye and choose Lebron everytime. Tatum, for one I do not trust in the biggest moments/games (even Celtics fans who know him best are truly skeptical of that guy's ability to lead) but also because we saw that Lebron can really crank it up to being the best player on the floor when he needs to and he is a proven champion.

Besides being a great play, it also shows Lebron’s foot is getting healthier. I always look for the quick spin in transition from him, he wasn’t making this move in 20201(clearly not recovered from high ankle sprain). This move puts a lot of pressure on the right foot, and he wouldn’t be doing it if he feels pain.

Is LeBron’s foot injury something that will improve over time, or is it something that requires surgery and he will be hobbled until then? _________________ Damian Lillard shatters Dwight Coward's championship dreams:

Plus LeBron would play with a sense of desperation knowing it may be his last shot at another ring, while Tatum won't have that urgency since he's in his mid-20s. _________________ Lakers 49ers Chargers Dodgers
LeBron is so smart re-integrating himself in the offense without dominating usage to allow the team to continue to build chemistry without any major disruption. As others have said, he can contribute in so many different ways and figures out what's needed on a night-to-night basis on-the-fly, which is truly impressive (even given his photographic memory).
Idk man. 37 points is great. But his defense has gotten much worse, his decision making is terrible, and hes pounding the ball stalling out our offense for 15+ seconds before he does anything.
He was the reason we won in the end, but was also the reason why it went to overtime and why we blew multiple double digit leads.
He’s still figuring things out on the court…it’s gonna take awhile. Just glad he went at the rim at the end of the game.
Remember after long injury absences it has taken him several weeks before he started looking good again. Hopefully we can stay alive long enough to get Lebron back in form
