Celtics are foolish for paying this guy an average of 60 per year, especially since they have to do the same with Tatum next year!
Brown arguably isn’t even a top ten player! He is a scorer & that’s it! This is bad for owners who have better all around players & certainly sets the bar high from now own! Ticket & concession stands aren’t far behind. _________________ My Laker squad.

After that playoff performance? Wow...All I could say is great signing from a Lakers fan perspective. Thank god Ainge is gone otherwise Ainge would have never extended Brown. Celtics are gonna be stuck with that choker for years to come. _________________ Los Angeles Lakers 2025 NBA Champions!! Go JJ! |

I think Udoka is glad to no longer coach the Celtics despite his exit. |

Well, you coulda changed title, I was just gonna title it Jaylen Brown anyways! after all it’s not a free agent or trade topic. Definitely something worthy to discuss. _________________ My Laker squad.

Yep ... That's just nuts. Good for Jaylen Brown, Great for Lakers. Horrible for Celtics. That's an albatross contract, no way he's worth a SuperMax. _________________ "It’s like going to the Getty and standing in front of Van Gogh’s Irises while some schmuck next to you critiques individual brush strokes. They should have traded him but didn't have the balls to do so. Now, with the extension, gonna be tough to move him at that rate. _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

Yes, but I don’t see how they can compete with 2 potential super max players? What’s the rest of roster vet minimums plus maybe 2 exception players or do they go over the tax threshold, seems like they’re headed in that direction?
Tatum I can see because of all around game but Brown needs to become & mentioned in same sentence as Murray & Booker but I haven’t heard his name mentioned like theirs yet! _________________ My Laker squad.

Wow.. That's awesome to see as a Lakers fan especially when the other main guy is Tatum who you sure as hell can't trust consistently in the Playoffs unless he makes some big leap in the next Season or two but I don't see it happening. Both (especially Tatum) are capable of looking like the best player for any game or two but outside of that it get's pretty sketchy.
They better start hitting on some legitimately great draft prospects because once they reup Tatum there wont be much left to do anything. |

Absurd contract for a player who isn't even a top 10 in the league. |
