We don't. More guys doesnt mean better. the drop off is ridiculous. He will be at 35/38min a game by xmas IMHO. If Nuggs was winnable in game 1 you know he plays more.
we have a b2b so it will be interesting to see what we do. Should win both. _________________ Kobe.

It’s been like that for a couple of years. They need AD to find top 5 form or they need a trade and the trio of Reaves/New Acquisition/AD leading the way with bursts here and there from LeBron.
We aren’t winning a chip with Lebron as the #1 or #2. He’s too old for that kind of grind even in the playoffs. Just the reality. We will always lose to the younger led top echelon teams like Denver. We beat GS last season because they are old too, but that series was 50/50 tbh. | LBJ as the #2 or even as the #1 guy, we have a very good chance to get a chip
Agree that AD needs to take/embrace being the Lakers' "Da Man!" AD is usually consistent on D but inconsistent and unreliable on offense. Understand LBJ picking his spots to go all out and ramping up from the ASG/Mid-Season Tournament onto the playoffs
Players clamoring for minutes from Rui to DLo to Prince to Woods to Jackson to Reddick to Vincent to Vando, all have the opportunities to show that they can earn more or deserve more minutes
Making a Harden Trade, as advocated on NBA Today and other ESPN shows is asinine. Does Harden has the talent of an All-Star - yes. If the Lakers give up peripheral players for a Harden rental, worth considering - but not seriously and Morey wouldn't consider it anyways (a good thing for the Lakers)
Lakers need another viable ball-handler since DLo is seemingly not up to the task - though he has shown to be a viable shooter. |

I disagree, but we will find out.
Imo the drop off is more due to clunky rotations and the role players still seeing how they fit.
Obviously none of this works if AR and maybe Rui don’t take that next step.
Edit: On another note, forgot to mention how it’s so Lakers that the new additions forget how to shoot in PnG uniform lol. Such a tradition. |

Happy we won but eeking out a victory against a team missing 2 of their top 3 scorers - one of whom is a top 5 scorer in this league - and needing LBJ to go god mode to do it is very concerning. Glad we got a real W, again, but too close to an empty moral victory to be too excited. |
